The Haflinger Breeders Group was established in 2001 to encourage and improve breeding lines in the UK.
It was felt that by encouraging more selective breeding through education and informative discussion, it will be possible to improve the breed, thus ensuring that the Haflinger Horse will continue to gain popularity in the country through its own versatility, temperament and appearance.
This is the only offical Haflinger horse breeder association in Great Britain.
